About This Project
Leawarra Town Planning delivered full planning services for the development of 20 double-storey townhouses across two adjoining properties in Officer's Urban Growth Zone. The project introduced high-quality residential housing within an established precinct, balancing density and design outcomes while respecting the site's dual street interfaces and existing vegetation.
Particular attention was given to tree management, construction management planning, and integration with the emerging urban context.
Our team managed the entire planning process, coordinating with consultants and Council from concept to permit approval. We prepared the full planning assessment, lodged and oversaw the application, and ensured compliance with local policy and development guidelines.
