About This Project
Leawarra Town Planning managed the planning process for a materials recycling facility in Clayton South, securing approval to expand operations to seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The proposal also introduced new buildings and works, additional staff capacity, and upgraded site infrastructure to enhance efficiency while ensuring full compliance with EPA and traffic management requirements.
The project supported sustainable industrial activity in the region through better resource recovery and operational improvements.
Our team prepared the full planning assessment, coordinated with Council, the EPA and specialist consultants, and managed the application through to approval. We also prepared the planning application drawings, ensuring the proposal clearly demonstrated compliance with operational and design objectives.
