About This Project
Leawarra Town Planning secured approval for a new allied health medical centre in North Geelong, bringing essential services to local families. Well-positioned near public transport, the proposal included a parking reduction and will provide speech pathology, occupational therapy, and dietetics in a residential community.
After Council approval, the project faced a VCAT objector appeal. Our team managed the entire appeal process and represented our client at the hearing. VCAT ultimately supported our expert submissions, upholding the permit decision.
Through strategic preparation and strong advocacy, we delivered a healthcare facility that serves the community effectively.
