About This Project
Leawarra Town Planning delivered planning approval for a modern 92-place childcare centre within Officer's Residential Growth Zone. The two-storey, 638sqm facility includes dedicated parking and responds directly to the area's increasing demand for quality early education spaces.
We led the project from initial concept through to permit issue, working closely with Council and specialist consultants. Our comprehensive planning report addressed built form, operational impacts, and growth zone requirements, ensuring a balanced outcome that supports both the development and surrounding community.
This approval equips growing families with essential childcare infrastructure right when they need it. The project reflects our skill in creating practical, community-enhancing solutions within fast-developing residential contexts through focused collaboration and strategic planning.
