About This Project
Leawarra Town Planning obtained planning approval for a new secondary school in central Croydon. The site sits within a lively commercial area, only 170 metres from Croydon Train Station. The project involved using the land for education purposes, new works and signage, and a reduction in car and bicycle parking.
The proposal created a modern learning environment that fits comfortably within the surrounding activity centre.
We worked closely with consultants and Council to prepare the planning assessment and address parking, access, and design matters. Our coordination helped the application progress smoothly and achieve timely approval. The outcome highlights our ability to guide urban projects from concept to approval while maintaining a strong focus on quality and community benefit.
